Found a great deal on the internet for exactly what I was looking for. Kelley quickly helped us, however the truck was dirty and it took a long time to clean and still wasn't able to clean it completely. Whe looking for. When we got home with our new used truck the rear a/c was not working. They kept it over the weekend and gave us a loaner and everything works fine now, no extra charge to us! The only one not too friendly was the finance guy. We paid cash so maybe he didn't make extra on finance? I'm not sure. Kelley was great always answered our call and service people were great too. Went to dealership to look at some new trucks to see if any of the trucks on the lot would have the features we were looking for, and to test drive one so we could make a decision in a few weeks. We met Marty, told him we were just looking, he said no pressure, I'm here if you need anything, just let me know...fantastic, we can look in peace without a salesman breathing down our necks -WIN ! We did see a couple of trucks that might interest us, so we got Marty to see if we could take a test drive, and sure enough, no problem, he explained many of the new features so things we may not know up front could help us pick between packages, and understand new features. Marty was never pushy, knew everything we needed, helped us with using Synch, setting controls / features in the truck, etc. He has followed up to make sure the truck and service we received were perfect, and was open to us calling him for any questions at any time. New sales manager is a breath of fresh air, and this dealership wants your business - pls check here before you go elsewhere. More
