My experience at Bozzani was great, from the very beginning Wes was friendly and helpful with everything I needed. My only slight complaint is the finance guy who was new to the dealer did not check his facts and tried to sell me a warranty after understating the coverage of the certified warranty. However, when I asked he went and checked and corrected himself. I also went back with a problem and again Wes and this time the service department were very helpful again. More

This was one of the best experiences i have had at a car dealership and my first visit to Bozzani. I was greeted by Edgar Calderon when i entered the showroom and he was very friendly and attentive. Samantha (sales) and Jerry (sales manager) were great to deal with. I had one little problem with my TDI and they both jumped through hoops to correct it. Edgar is an amazing salesmen. He greeted us in the lot with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm. You can tell that Edgar loves what he does. He also arranged for a test drive via the Internet, so began my great relationship with Bozzani Volkswagen. My husband and I were greeted with a smiling face and generous smile. The attention and service we received from Rick and the Sales Manager Jerry Tomeo was unbelievable, I test drove the car, went over prices, got financing and all paperwork complete in less than 2 hours.
