Once again Bozzani showed me why I will be going back there when I get a new car. I had to have service done when a check engine light came on, on my Jetta. Great service and friendly people. Our Tiguan had it's 40k mile service and it was done in a timely matter and we had a very good overall experience. As with anything the cost seemed a little high. We talked to some other friends with a Volkswagen and they take their vehicle to a certified Volkswagen Mechanic. And their 40k service was a lot less expensive. So I want to feel good about bring ours to the dealer, but if we can get the same service at a lesser cost we might go with that for our 50k. More
