Scam in the service department, Service technician lied I brought my car to the dealership to have a loose door handle inspected. The service technician reported the door handle and bracket was broken and n I brought my car to the dealership to have a loose door handle inspected. The service technician reported the door handle and bracket was broken and needed to be replaced. After several hours at the dealership and $450 dollars later, I requested the old parts back and once I received them and realized that the parts weren't broken and that I had been scammed. I reinstalled the door handle with the old parts and went back to the dealership. They would not admit to trying to rip me off. But after some back and forth discussion. (Mark Moore) the man that wasn't aware of the scam refunded me $165. Cecil Hugie and the service technician was no help. It was told to me that day, "it is good to have Christian brothers around the dealership" Let me also add that GOD seen everything that happen at the dealership that day. More

Returned 5 times with the same problem although you found 5 ways to charge me. You will never convince me it wasn’t just the alternator all along.
