Small in Size, but HUGE on Great Service I recently moved to Cheyenne from Denver. This was my first experience with the dealership. Unbelievable service! Everyone was friendly, courteous, p I recently moved to Cheyenne from Denver. This was my first experience with the dealership. Unbelievable service! Everyone was friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Went in for an Express oil change and steering damper part replacement. I was expecting to wait for several hours like at the Denver dealerships. My Service Advisor was Anthony. Very professional! He said he would have me done in 1 hour. I thought he was only talking about the oil change. He was talking about both the oil and steering damper! The shop area was busy but orderly and clean. Checked out the Parts area and was met by a friendly guy behind the counter. Tons of accessories all neatly arranged which made me want to come back and buy stuff. How did those guys get all that stuff organized in a small area? Waiting area was small but neat as a button. They had a couple of neat MOPAR lights displayed which will look great in a man-cave. All the spaces were small but immaculate, and cozy. I hate going to the big dealerships where you get swallowed up in crazy big spaces and don’t see a soul. I went outside and ran into the Lot Attendant. Jeremy? Sorry if I got your name wrong. Great guy! Took me to where the Gladiators were in 15 degree weather with a wind chill of zero. Impressive. Barely had time to look around and my Jeep was done! Anthony had delivered as promised! I should have been driving from Denver to Cowboy for service all those past years. 5 stars for everyone I met and for the Dealership. Last but not least, 5 stars to the mechanics and service techs who had my car back on the road in an hour. Talk about hustle and efficiency! WOW! Thank you Cowboy! More
Horrible customer service and lack of technician ability. Went in for a simple oil change and to figure out why my suspension was making a clunking sound. The truck was with the dealership all day only to re Went in for a simple oil change and to figure out why my suspension was making a clunking sound. The truck was with the dealership all day only to receive a call at 3:00 pm to be told the technician could not replicate the sound. When checking the vehicle in, I passed on to the service greeter that he would need to call the previous dealership that I used to know exactly what needed tightened. I gave the greeter the phone number and the service manager’s name, he failed to follow through or to reflect on the notes that I gave him on checkin to handle the issue. I had to go in and take a test ride with a different greater and within 30 feet the truck made the clunking sound. In addition, when I entered the vehicle, everything had been adjusted as if they were joy riding in my truck all day. Since it was evening, I did not see until the next day with more light that apparently they also used my sun visors but didn’t clean the grease from their hands before doing so. Did I mention, this dealership is the first in over 15 years that does not offer courtesy vehicles for bigger jobs/warranty work. I will not use this dealership ever again unless I absolutely have to. I will drive as far as needed to use other Ram dealerships not partnered with Cowboy for any future warranty work. As for simple things like an oil change... find a reputable small time garage that will offer quality service. Throughout the entire experience, Brian a technician was the only one that showed true customer service and seemed knowledgeable about his job, too bad he wasn’t the man working on my vehicle. More
Unhappy with my last appointment I came in for warranty work, resealing the oil pan, has been leaking.
