My wife and I were on a vacation from Ohio in our Promaster camper van when our transmission started making ominous sounds in western Nebraska. We arranged a rental car to continue our vacation to Yellowstone. Richard and his team got our vehicle diagnosed and parts ordered very quickly. He stayed in contact with us via text and email to keep us up to date on their progress. Over the next four days while we were at Yellowstone, Cowboy Dodge service techs got our rig repaired and ready for us to pick up on our way home. This team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out of a bad situation. The vehicle drove great on the way home (1300 miles). Richard even called after our first travel day home to make sure the vehicle was behaving normally. Our experience at Cowboy Dodge was exceptional! From the courtesy car driver that took us to pick up our rental car, to Josh at the reception area, and especially to Richard and the technician that repaired our vehicle we are eternally grateful. First oil change on our new Rebel, got home to Laramie, next morning looked under the truck to find a big oil leak under the truck, on our semi new, and FORMERLY clean, spot free floor!!!!!! Got underneath and found the oil drain plug was not tight, about a 1/4 turn loose. Don't worry, I tightened the plug and cleaned all the oil underneath that had sprayed everywhere on the drive home, but alas, the floor has it's first oil stain, and not of our doing!!!! You may not think this is a big deal, but if we had taken off on a cross country trip right after the oil change, we would be having a different conversation right now!!! More
