The system needs to be overhauled. It is entirely too time consuming. No one should have to be in any place 3-4 hours to buy anything. Why can't the sales consultants train to help out the credit/sales mgrs. to decrease some of the wait time? As an employee, you have to be there. The problem with buying a 2015 Highlander is no one has all exterior, interior color combinations on the lot. I saw the exterior color I wanted but not the interior. Karen went out the way and made sure I saw the interior color. Karen gave me the best price and she always kept me in the loop. Unlike the other dealers, I didn't have to play the let me talk to my sales manager game. The salespeople at Cowboy Toyota are empowered to make a decision and I appreciate that. Karen was professional, and dedicated to giving me the best deal. She always kept me informed and made sure I got a vehicle with the options I desired. She made the car buying experience a lot less stressful and I thank her for that. Karen is the reason I drove 42 miles from my house to close the deal when there was another dealership 6 miles away. THEN, I looked for the person I wanted to work with in terms of ratings and reviews. That person was Robert Schultz, Internet Sales Manager. My husband and I are both civil engineers. To say we are picky is putting it mildly. It takes a LOT to impress us. Well, Robert was amazing. He was able to answer all of our many questions. I never once worried about the integrity of the dealer or of Robert. It helps that Toyota in general has top notch products, but you still have to understand what you're getting. All the options were explained. We were very happy with our 2015 Toyota Highlander Platinum edition. (Yes, I said 2015). The before sale, during and after experience was really easy and informative. Robert explained features we literally would have never known that the car had unless he showed us. The car is quite advanced technically. If you are in the market, then stop here. We drove a long way (one hour) to get here. No problems, they make it worth it. Thanks Robert for helping us get the exact car I wanted. I wasn't even sure it existed yet. More

Unheard of treasure I had never heard of Cowboy Toyota before until an acquaintance, Jan, mentioned she worked there. I knew I would be in the market to buy a car soon a I had never heard of Cowboy Toyota before until an acquaintance, Jan, mentioned she worked there. I knew I would be in the market to buy a car soon and she gave me some good advice re her car buying experiences. Most in my family have been either Honda or Toyota buyers; my last car was a Honda which lasted me 14 years and still running. I did my research with Consumer Reports and knew I would either get another Honda, but also was interested in a Toyota Highlander. Art Tillman was the first person to reach out to me from an internet search. He stayed late one night to work out all the details with me to get me into a Highlander, even though my credit was rough. He and the finance manager worked a miracle for me and got me into a Highlander. (I would have been fine going back to Honda). From that day forward, I have had nothing but good experiences with Cowboy Toyota. Being with someone new, I have been leery, but they keep me happy with the great service and genuine courtesy I always get from them. Art got me my sunroof as promised - still no problems. A few months after I bought my car, I had a minor problem with my steering column, the service manager took care of it right away and kept me in my loaner until the problem was totally fixed. I love that I can have them pick up my car and leave me a loaner and reverse when my car is ready. Who does that? That is huge for me since I have a very busy schedule and being a single mom - just can't be without a car. The service department is the best. I brought one other minor overlook to their attention and they jumped on it right away. No one is perfect, but Cowboy Toyota strives to always be the best at what they do - and always make it come out right. Crystal and Oscar are always so courteous to me. That goes a long way. I got the SUV I wanted, I got the payments I wanted, I got the accessories I wanted, I got the unmatched service I wanted and deserve. I am one happy customer. Keep it up Cowboy Toyota!!!! More
