Couldn't ask for more Bought my truck in July 2018, LaTravis was my salesman. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, I was honest and upfront about my wants and needs in the truck, and LaTravis worked with me to find what I was looking for and was upstanding from the get-go. Drove from Tampa for the purchase and I'm glad I did. More

How bad could an oil change be? Scheduling the appointment was easy and the girl on the phone was pleasant. There was an availability for that same afternoon, so that was super convenient. My advisor was very pleasant, but fairly new and still learning. She had to ask me to repeat my customer info since she wasn’t completely familiar with the system. She also needed help processing my customer service voucher. It wasn’t a problem since I wasn’t pressed for time, but if I had something else scheduled for after the visit I definitely could see where this could have been frustrating. It took 40 mins just to get me in the customer system and service order created. I moved to the customer lounge and then waited for an hour. My advisor came to see me and advise me that the technician found a few items that he recommended to be completed. The first was replacement of all wiper blades for approximately $100. The problem with this is I literally just had my blades replaced in December...6 months ago! It was also recommended I have a tire alignment completed due to the apparent wear pattern on my tires. The problem here is that less than two weeks ago I was in NY visiting my parents and my father, a retired GM tech who now has his own repair shop, mentioned how smooth my vehicle drove and praised the even tire pattern. He asked if I was regularly having my tires rotated since the pattern of wear was so evenly balanced. I told him every single time I get my oil changed I also have the tires rotated. He was very pleased and said he taught me well :) I didn’t have him complete the oil change in NY since I had the GM service voucher I needed to use. However, he did a thorough check of my vehicle to insure fluids were topped off and the vehicle was ready for the road trip back to Florida. The rest of my car checked out great, but I was very sad to have these two “recommendations” presented to me since I know they were not necessary. Unless the technician actually did something that caused the need for an alignment himself, these were dishonest evaluations. I contacted my dad, the retired GM tech, from Cox’s customer lounge and he told me to leave and never go back. He asked me to check the oil and fluids before I drove out of the parking lot to insure there wasn’t the possibility of dishonest intentional damages or neglect causing me to require additional services from them. I wasn’t comfortable doing that under the circumstances , so I drive home and checked. The oil level seems to be fine and it appears to be light in color, so I believe the oil change was probably performed. However my windshield washer fluid is now clear and it was filled with blue windshield washer fluid before my road trip to NY. Cox Chevrolet just filled it with water. I’m sad to have to report this is not a company I would ever feel comfortable doing business with again. My service advisor, Season, was very apologetic and seemed sincerely so. She talked with the technician to sort out the misunderstanding, but she was also understanding of my concerns and hesitation to ever return. Unfortunately I don’t feel her understanding of my concerns warrants the risk of a return to this dealership. Sadly this first visit shows a lack of honesty and integrity. More

They charged me $165 to tell me that I needed $1,100 worth of repairs and would have to bring my car back another day when the part came in. I declined the service. When I got back to Ohio and took it to our service facility with the paperwork from Cox, they could not find the so-called leak that needed repaired. They replaced the freon and recharged my A/C for less than what I had already paid Cox Chevrolet. A/C has been working perfectly ever since. More

After inspecting the vehicle I noticed there was a oil blow by issue which can cause engine problems is not treated. I brought it to their attention and they made it right in my eyes by compensating with more value towards my trade in and a better deal on the vehicle. Other than that everything was fully disclosed, finical guy was great and really help ful and they got some cool document signing tablet so your not there for 5 years tryna sign papers. But Trent was amazing and I get him every time I go and this is the 2nd car I’ve bought from him. Good guy, good deals, good dealership More
A service department that treats you like family I am overwhelmed with gratitude for your service department. Specifically Rick Seaton (prior to retiring), David Hays and the service manager Roberto. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for your service department. Specifically Rick Seaton (prior to retiring), David Hays and the service manager Roberto. I drive a 2011 equinox. And over the last year I started having issues with my vehicle burning oil due to an issue specifically with this year/make/model. After many visits and a detailed track record of proof (with fast and efficient service-Thank you David!!!) they took my repair request to GM. Initially GM was hesitant to offer any coverage. But with the consistent efforts of Roberto providing Rick’s and David’s very detailed records of a history of this issue, they were finally able to get GM to cover my repairs. Most dealerships aim for the new sales or don’t take the time to truly help their customers when it comes to playing middle man. They could easily have not bothered with the hassle and I would’ve had no choice but to accept the hardship the repair cost would have put me in. But these guys were my angels. They didn’t accept any less of a quality commitment than what they strive to provide. As if they were helping a friend, a sister or a daughter...they looked out for me. And I am sincerely grateful. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. -Stacy Henson More

While I know all dealerships try to make the incentives as lucrative as possible to lower the price, the lack of transparency in what those incentives are seems to be a bait-and-switch scheme to me. For example, they show a Bolt EV listed as $14,000 off MSRP - WOW what a great deal right?! Wrong! They fail to mention anywhere (even the fine print) that this valuation includes the $7500 tax credit which isn't even applicable at the time of sale, meaning the real price is over $8,000 greater than what they are advertising the vehicle for. Even their online "pre-approval" system made it seem as though this was the final purchase price! It took emails from three separate accounts and a phone call to finally get them to spill the beans on this misleading pricing practice. Always double check before wasting your time and gas coming to this location! NOTE: I was contacted regarding this review, left elsewhere. The GIST of the misleading pricing was not addressed. When I found out the actual price of the vehicle, it was indeed $8000 over the price shown on their website, which in turn gets sent to third-party websites, making these vehicles seem like a steal! Not to mention the full $7500 tax credit for Chevy is cut in half at the end of March. After bringing much of this to their attention, I have yet to hear back. More
