She even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule because I was out of town when she was originally available. That level of customer service meant a lot to us. A complete waste of time. I call about a vehicle, I’m placed on hold to confirm its availability (specifically told it was verified with the used car manager), I confirm th I call about a vehicle, I’m placed on hold to confirm its availability (specifically told it was verified with the used car manager), I confirm that I can arrive within the hour, I show up 35 minutes after the phone call - only to find out that the car was being sold the entire time even before I made the call to the dealership. When I asked to speak to the used car Salessales manager, he confirmed that it was not verified with him and that he was actually signing the paperwork and selling the car 35 minutes ago. If you feel your time is valuable steer away from this dealership. More
