Compared to last year, this has been the worst experience. Last year I felt very taken care of, I was given options if I wanted to add things on, ECT. This year I felt like once I chose what car I experience. Last year I felt very taken care of, I was given options if I wanted to add things on, ECT. This year I felt like once I chose what car I wanted and was approved it was just a money grab. Was given one number for payments ended up being way higher than I was told because they added this or that. I feel I was taken advantage of because of having to be in a hurry due to spending literally all day there and needed to tend to my babies. Don't get me wrong when you're looking for something specific these are the guys to help you find what you're looking for, not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing on the lot like other places but I feel this year has been a money grab and I was taken advantage of. I wasn't even told whom my loan was through so I can get my payments going and I'm still trying to figure it out. Need help trying to narrow vehicles down or finding the right one? These guys hands down listen to your needs and try to match you to what you're looking for. As of purchasing experience, I feel they gone downhill since my first purchase last year. More
