Jerry Meeks really stepped up and got it done for my family, with the purchase of a Certified Used 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback. Upon arriving a friendly greeting from a salesman is offered but by no means family, with the purchase of a Certified Used 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback. I was very impressed with my sales experience with Cox Mazda from day 1. I stopped in to Mazda from another brand. I was blown away by the difference. Jerry was friendly, professional, and could answer all of my questions related to the car, including safety ratings, expert reviews, etc. He was never "pushy" just offered the answers to my questions and point out facts. This was unlike the experience I had at other dealers! It was wonderful!! Throughout the rest of the car buying experience, Jerry always returned my phone calls, answered all of my questions, and really went above and beyond the expectations. I ran into a couple issues in buying this car, all unrelated to Mazda. With each one, Jerry helped me figure out the solution. The experience made me feel like a valued customer and not just "another sale". I would highly recommend this dealership and recommend speaking with Jerry! Well done! More

From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by Tom Leedy. He was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. He showed me inventory I was interested in and we went for a test drive. During my time there he introduced me to the manager and finance person who were very nice and helpful. I returned a few days later to lease my vehicle. All went out of their way to accommodate my needs. There was a glitch regarding insurance and tags(on my end) but they figured it out for me and explained what I had to do. I was offered a very fair price. I could go on and on. In conclusion I had a very good experience and definitely would recommend them to everyone interested in a Mazda. Karen DiCostanzo More
After a bit of miscommunication, I had to walk away from a deal on Wednesday Evening. Needless to say, I was frustrated and I know the dealer was frustrated as well. The very next day, the manager called me a deal on Wednesday Evening. Needless to say, I was frustrated and I know the dealer was frustrated as well. The very next day, the manager called me and asked me to give him the opportunity to explain what happened and asked if I would come back in and make the deal. This dealership did everything they could to honor the deal and I am a proud owner of a 2009 Jetta TDI. It is obvious to me that customer satisfaction and reputation are very important at Cox Mazda and that will make me a repeat customer. My salesman, Doug was very kind and we enjoyed some great conversation as we waited for all the paperwork to be completed for the deal. I am glad we made a 2nd attempt to agree upon a car deal. I highly recommend this dealer, they want to sell a high volume of cars and keep their customers happy at the same time. More
We purchased a CX 5 this time it is our first time with a new Mazda, but we have dealt with the Cox family (Chevy) for many years. They have ALWAYS treated us like family. All their sales people are very nice and great to work with, they do their best to try to get you the very best deal possible. My wife & I have owned many different cars over the years and by-far Cox dealership has always made the purchase a very pleasurable experience--- We will come back for our next one! I went to several dealerships before making my new car purchase, and this was easily the worst. I originally contacted them through email after seeing an online price listing. We agreed on a price, but on purchase, and this was easily the worst. I originally contacted them through email after seeing an online price listing. We agreed on a price, but once I arrived at the dealership, the car salesman completely disregarded our agreed-upon price. He went through several excuses including not qualifying for mazda customer loyalty, not qualifying for a rebate, and a few others. (The dealership I eventually went with did not try any of these contemptible schemes.) After a while of back and forth, it was clear that they posted a low price to draw customers like me into the dealership, although the car salesman would not admit it. Eventually, we left. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also, a word to the wise: settle the price before filling out paperwork and giving them your contact info, social security, etc. Won't be making that mistake again and definitely won't be coming back here again. More
