I was told I needed a service that was not necessary. I agreed to have it done because I believed the representative. Our Mitsubishi was hacked of it catalytic converter, Aryan and team, I swear worked 24/7 to get us the part we needed and it was NO EASY TASK! And they kept us updated along the way! I don’t think I have ever experienced the level of service I got from Aryan. Someone actually cared about another human being. Service Dept Manager decided he will not honor coupons that were given to me for all my troubles when purchasing my vehicle last year as well as the thousands of dollars lost because of lack of inspection that were given to me for all my troubles when purchasing my vehicle last year as well as the thousands of dollars lost because of lack of inspection on a vehicle and not enough knowledge on another vehicle. I have done business with COUNTY LINE for the past 15 years and because of the way Crabtree is handling us old customers I quote we are not the same with Crabtree! I will not purchase any vehicles from this dealership, I was told by manager coupons will not be honored and he was sorry I felt the way I do but it is what it is ! they do not honor previous customers from County line nor the relationships we had , we will be treated as New customers!
