FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I was interested in vehicle they FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I was interested in vehicle they had in their rental fleet and they seamlessly organized my visit so the car was delivered and FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I was interested in vehicle they had in their rental fleet and they seamlessly organized my visit so the car was delivered and up front waiting for me after my out of state drive. I was greeted and within a few minutes I was in the car and test driving. I’m handicapped and they were extremely helpful and understanding. From the phone call to the test drive to the time I left I felt as a priority. These guys know how to do business in a stress free yet effective way. Eric manger is a lair and wasted 4 days waiting on Mercedes e Coupé 350 that he said they fixed and never fixed the sunroof on. Car was dirty when I test drove it. Eric took the time to listen to what I wanted and he worked hard to make it happen. I arrived later in the evening and when it was time to send the car to get detailed, the person who does the job had already gone home. Eric personally cleaned and detailed the vehicle so I wouldnt have to wait another day to take my new car home! We will be trading in our other lease in 7 months. I will definitely go back to see Eric! Thank you Eric!!!! More

Wow! That is the only word that can describe my recent experience with this sorry, pathetic excuse for a car dealership. As a repeat customer, unfortunately I can honestly say that once my current lease i experience with this sorry, pathetic excuse for a car dealership. As a repeat customer, unfortunately I can honestly say that once my current lease is up, I will NEVER be returning nor recommending them to anyone I know. My 2017 Nissan Rogue (Hybrid) that they leased to me, knowing it was a death trap, has broken down TWICE in as many years. When I say broken down, I mean it needed to be TOWED (thanks AAA!). They were not willing to help me out with getting me in a new car--which I guess is a good thing because that would just extend my relationship with them. Oh and their service department--another ridiculous experience. They had my car for THREE DAYS for repair. While it was there, I asked them to do a routine oil change, I go to FINALLY pick it up and the oil change wasn't even done--after THREE DAYS. They have to regard or respect for people's time and no problem inconveniencing their customers. My lease can't be up soon enough! More
