Mrs Sanchez Perez, I am sorry if you are not satisfied with the purchase of your Chrysler Town & Country. We have made every attempt to listen and follow up concerning your complaints with your vehicle. Your husband did not feel that the detail, done by our professional detail department, was good enough and that he could do a better job. We offered and sent him a check to detail the vehicle himself. You brought the vehicle back with a broken seat, which as far as we knew had no problems. We fixed the seat at no charge. You test drove the vehicle and it was running fine. You brought the vehicle in and we checked out the transmission at no charge. All used vehicles, unless otherwise marked, are sold "as is". You were offered a maintenance warranty, which you declined. In short we have tried to accommodate and take care of you.
