I was in the middle of an 8 Hour Dr. and needed air conditioning service so I stopped. This was my 5th time going to a Hyundai dealer for help with my air conditioner. The service department got me rig conditioning service so I stopped. This was my 5th time going to a Hyundai dealer for help with my air conditioner. The service department got me right in and helped me. I was back on the road again in two hours. Since the problem was ongoing, I called Nick with a question and he spoke with the service manager and helped me Know what I should do in the future to get my air conditioning fixed. It would have been helpful to have a piece of paper to take with me about the service call. Crain Hyundai is my next attempt to get my Air conditioning fixed. Pretty average. Did not put in the correct oil that Hyundai corporate recommends. Put in 5w-20 oil cap says 0w-30 tsb says 5-w40. I mentioned the tsb for 1.6t engines recommended 5w-40.
