Will be nice if the work is done right the first time. Had to go back to fix problems they caused. Despite that waste of time, no apology was given, not even a simple "we are sorry." I went for a used but left with a new car. I would definitely recommend them for a new vehicle. Comes with free car washes and great warranty. That score is not a rate for quality of work, it was probably fine. The person that spoke to me wore a mask, but they put people IN my car without PPE! No mask /gloves/seat covering... anything. So I probably fine. The person that spoke to me wore a mask, but they put people IN my car without PPE! No mask /gloves/seat covering... anything. So I got to spend time cleaning the car when I got home because my wife is high risk in at least 4 areas for covid 19 issues. More

If you have an electrical problem, I would recommend not coming here. Save the $130 hr and give someone else the chance to fix it. My particular issue could have been easily resolved by running a new wire coming here. Save the $130 hr and give someone else the chance to fix it. My particular issue could have been easily resolved by running a new wire from the fuel sending unit from the tank to the front of the car. They insist they must tear into the wiring harness and make the repair. They eventually found a problem in the back of the car and the gauge works, but now my check engine light is on telling me there is a low and high signal in the fuel system. I took it back and they checked their work and said everything they did is good. They offered to continue troubleshooting the rest of the harness for additional $130 per hour. With no confidence in their ability to resolve the issue and not having an unlimited bank account I choose to walk away and see if I could find a mechanic that was able to fix the issue efficiently. The team acted in a professional manner, but the price of doing business did not meet my expectation for what I was charged. $750 to replace the fuel level sensor, which I tried twice and the aftermarket sensor could not withstand the installation procedure through the small opening in the tank. They replaced it and no fuel indication was being sent to the dash. I authorized an additional 2 hours of troubleshooting and was later informed they needed more time. I was able to see my car being worked on and saw several access panels open from back to front. The mechanic said it was nothing obvious and would need to start removing shrink wrap and looking for a short. I have worked alongside aircraft electricians for 20 years. I'm also a licensed airframe and PowerPoint mechanic. It's common knowledge to troubleshoot a short in a wire within a couple feet of the faulty connector because that's where the stress is most relevant. Taking the car apart from back to front would have logically happened after inspecting the harness in the rear of the car where the connector is. When I returned the vehicle with the check engine light on I asked where the repair was made and was told in the trunk area. Three hours of troubleshooting for a repair a matter of inches from the connector. On top of the installation procedure as requested by me left me at $750. Granted I have a gauge that appears to work, but two codes telling me not to trust the gauge because the sending unit says there is more AND less fuel in the tank than what is possible to have. Your service department is courteous, but I'll not be back. I do not have high expectations, but when you charge a highly skilled hourly wage I expect highly skilled results. I am very disappointed in Hyundai service. I regret buying the car now that I have been subjected to this. I'm sure this is just the beginning of my problems with this car if the "experts" at the dealership have this much trouble fixing an issue. They keep stringing you along asking for more time. I am convinced if I agreed to allow more time they would have just quoted me another overpriced component. It felt more like a game of poker than getting my car taken care of. More
No communication. I had to do the talking. I’m assuming since I’m a female, men don’t take the time to explain things to us assuming we have no idea what they’re talking about.
