Friendly knowledgeable, dependable except to honor. My prepaid oil change service sold to me with my new car in 3019. It was to be valid and good until 36, 000 miles. Crain told me at my last oil change a prepaid oil change service sold to me with my new car in 3019. It was to be valid and good until 36, 000 miles. Crain told me at my last oil change at about 20,000 miles only that was to be my last prepaid oil change. Next one is now due and to be at my expense again. More
