Overall I love my Hyundai. Normally my service is very good. Last few have been below average. I have been in 3 times with a low tire. Third time finally found a nail....A bit disturbing. It was during quarantine so no courtesy car to grab lunch. While I waited 2 hours to get TWO new tires. I am always grateful i wasn't on the road stranded. Glad I was there at least. Need to adjust car wash as well. Every single time my car gets washed my license plate gets bent almost half way off bumper. Still happy with Hyundai. Just need to speed up a little without losing quality. All service guys i see walking in and out of shop are in NO hurry. We work on airplanes so I understand shop time and struggles. Very easy dealer to do business with. I called the heart to let the salesman know what type of vehicle I want to test ride and he had it ready. After the test drive I was out of the dealership in about an h to let the salesman know what type of vehicle I want to test ride and he had it ready.
