Took my 2015 Santa Fe for major engine repair. Service department got me right in. Parts were on back order for a month, but Zach kept me informed of all news. If I could give a zero star rating-I would have. Took my car in for an oil change. They checked everything off as being either excellent or good on the multi-point inspection. HOWEVER, my car had a wobble w car in for an oil change. They checked everything off as being either excellent or good on the multi-point inspection. HOWEVER, my car had a wobble when driving after the oil change. Took my car to a local repair shop to have it inspected and they took one look at one of my tires and discovered that the cording was showing and the tread had started to separate from the tire!!! My tire could have blown at any time. I have 3 kids in my car at all times with me. This could have been a devastating accident waiting to happen. Gross negligence on the service departments side. Just sickening. I would like to note that they are currently working to resolve this issue but I am now scared to even have them working on my vehicle at all now! Will they miss something obvious again?! Do they even check anything they are supposed to?! Are they just getting people out the door just for the money?!?! Very very very disappointed and disgusted with their service department. More

Better than going elsewhere I prefer to go to the car dealer for service because I know they have updated knowledge about my vehicle's needs. I like the reminders for service, since I tend to forget when my car needs an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I'm afraid I don't know anyone there by name, since the salesman who sold me the car was transferred to another dealership. The reason I'm giving a 4-star rating rather than 5 is that on two occasions I was told there was "nothing" that could be done about issues I was having. Camera not staying clear when it rains was one issue, updating car display software was another. (I was told I'd have to do it myself.) The only name I've chosen from your employee list was the person who contacted me after I inquired about purchasing a new car. (I'd already purchased a new car by the time she got back to me.) More
