Great experience buying first new car. Newly married couple with fairly new credit. Came in looking for a brand new Silver 2018 Elantra Gt. Our sales consultant was Brandon Andrews who was Newly married couple with fairly new credit. Came in looking for a brand new Silver 2018 Elantra Gt. Our sales consultant was Brandon Andrews who was absolutely phenomenal. He showed us the exact car we was wanting. No trying to show us other cars or push other vehicles on us. After deciding that was for sure the car we wanted, we was able to start the process completely pressure free. Brandon was incredible about not putting any pressure on us through the entire process and explaining everything to us in great detail so there was absolutely nothing hidden or not understood. Crain Hyundai was able to get us a great deal on the car. Also a great rate on our loan given our credit. The entire staff at Crain Hyundai was incredibly nice to us and our 4 year old daughter. We had such a great experience purchasing our first brand new car and can not wait to continue doing business with Crain Hyundai in the future. Easy experience I had talked to Mike on the phone about a couple of vehicles and he was informative and polite. We went to the dealership and although he was extremel I had talked to Mike on the phone about a couple of vehicles and he was informative and polite. We went to the dealership and although he was extremely busy, he continually checked with us as he waited on another customer, so we never felt neglected. We went on the test drive and he was sure to answer all our questions that he could and was certain to tell us if he didn’t know the answer (always promising to get us the answer if we wanted). He worked with my financial parameters to make us the best deal. We are very satisfied with the dealership and would heartily recommend both the dealership and Mike Mannio. More
