Service fine, but they can't get it right who to contact I've lost count of how many times I have had to tell them to put my name and number as the contact for my car, not my husband's. I am the one who wen I've lost count of how many times I have had to tell them to put my name and number as the contact for my car, not my husband's. I am the one who went in, test drove the car, negotiated it, and agreed to the contract, yet they seem to only want to use his name. I was understanding the first 5 or 6 times, now it is just getting ridiculous. My husband deals with his car, I deal with mine, and if they can't fix this problem permanently, I will buy my next car elsewhere. They were apologetic and friendly, but this should not be an ongoing problem. More

Frustrated I had a slow leak in my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I called the dealership to come get my car from work because I’m the only nurse on duty and can’t leav I had a slow leak in my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I called the dealership to come get my car from work because I’m the only nurse on duty and can’t leave and didn’t want to walk out to a flat tire. I called and texted several times to ask if that can be done and finally I a service person who said she had to ask the service manager. She called me back telling me to call a number to have my car towed there. I am pissed off at this point just come and get my car. I don’t have time to talk to everyone. I called the service manager and said someone needs to get my and he said we’re short staffed. Guess what? I don’t care. I work in health care I’m short staffed every day. The service manager was never informed about my phone call. There was someone at my work address 20 minutes after I got off the phone with he manager, which I was satisfied with. After my tire was fixed my car was returned. When I got off work I got into my car and I don’t know if someone was you riding in my car or what but my sunshade was closed (I had the shade open and there was no reason to have it closed unless the sunroof was opened), my seat setting was not put back, and my radio station was changed. Whoever worked on my car tire felt comfortable enough to make these changes-which is not professional. Makes me think did you go through my car? When you pay for the car you can change whatever you want. I feel that my personal space was violated. More
