Derek is good; the rest, not so much I gave Crain in Fayetteville a chance since the previous sales associate I despised had finally left. Overall Derek Smith was good to work with and I I gave Crain in Fayetteville a chance since the previous sales associate I despised had finally left. Overall Derek Smith was good to work with and I ended up pleased with my new purchase. Things to beware of, and which are not under Derek's control, are overly-aggressive sales associates who popped up like rabid Jack-in-the-Boxes the minute I walked in the front door, and online sales calls asking me to trade in my 2013 a week after I already had. Similarly, I was running short on time (a flight to catch) and was assured by someone else that they could have me out the door in 45 min. Well, 100 minutes later we were finally wrapped up (apparently they "forgot" there was only one finance person working that afternoon -- hence the delay of over double the tie was promised). So, in a nutshell, if you want to work with someone who seems like straight shooter and will take their time (even if going back and forth between other customers) I *do* recommend Derek. That said, much of the rest of the staff almost define the negative stereotypes of car selling & sales people. More
