Phil Ward is Awesome and will work for you not against you in any way. no pressure to get me to buy things I couldn't afford, worked with my existing budget and that is so very important. did offer the extras but when I declined they understood .Travis in finance got the ball rolling seeing I was having normal work done to my 2014 Elantra se that I traded when Phil got into work he Finished up the deal and did all the extra stuff, I didn't like the Wheels on the 2016 elantra and the dealership let me keep my old wheels and tires off the 2014 on my new 2016 which look a 100% better. this car came with lots of great options and wheel locks too .. love that item . Amy is torn between two Crain dealer ships ( she is in high demand ) wasn't there to walk me thru every thing in the car but she called me a few days later to come see her and I plan too just in case I missed something .This is how a car buying and how a dealership should work.
