Ms. Corning, Thank you for your feedback regarding your service. These days it seems like everything is too high. It is my understanding that not only did we fix your flat but you choose to change out your lug nuts from a key lock system to a standard lug nut. While this seems like a simple change, and frankly it is, there is a charge for the new lug nuts as well as fixing the tire and then you add sales tax on that as well. It all adds up. The cost to change the tire was high. I have no problem paying for the replacement lug nuts and labor. I also noticed the old tire was tossed in the trunk on top of my belongings.

Ms. Corning, I apologize that you were not told that your full size tire does not fit in your spare tire well. Because the spare tire is much smaller than a full size tire we had to put your old tire in your trunk. The tire should not have been placed on top of your belongings and if you will come by, at your convenience, we are happy to adjust the tire. Steve, I am sorry that you felt our customer service was not up to your standards. That is our fault, I apologize. While you may feel that our service advisor is trying to "upsell" you on a particular service, he is in fact recommending a particular service or part that either needs attention soon or immediately. The key word is recommend. I am not sure in your case what was recommended but many times our service advisor will recommend new air or cabin filters. Perhaps tires have worn and need replacing, brake pads are worn, windshield wipers are streaking and need replaced. These are the type of issues among others that we will recommend needing attention. You will always have the final say as to whether or not you choose to have the service. We feel it is our job to keep you up to date on the condition of your vehicle.
