Michael Sutton was a good salesman. He helped me find my mom a car that she can get in and out easily as she was having a difficult time in her Sonata. He even tested if her wheelchair He helped me find my mom a car that she can get in and out easily as she was having a difficult time in her Sonata. He even tested if her wheelchair would fit but putting it in several different vehicles. He helped us learn about all the electronics in the vehicle and helped us learn about the back cargo mats and adjusting them. Thank you so much Michael! More

I bought 2 tires, they said others were good and that I needed an alignment. I paid for it- no questions asked. & they misaligned my car. However whenI took it back to get it aligned because it never had needed an alignment. I paid for it- no questions asked. & they misaligned my car. However whenI took it back to get it aligned because it never had a problem prior to them “aligning it.punctured a tire they informed me I had a punctured tire. I checked my tire pressure on the digital screen before I went there and when I arrived. All tires were showing 40 lbs. of pressure which was too much and they had done that when I bought the ire’s. They were unwilling to accept accountability and I will never go there again !I had to go to Joplin from Fayetteviile to get car properly aligned for another $100. Fletcher Hyundai n Joplin will be where. Get all of my service now-even though it’s about a 90 mike drive both ways. Fletcher gave me a print out showing the alignment details…Crain did not. More
