I made an appointment for a recall part to be replaced. I dropped the vehicle off just before 9 and at 1:00 I received a call from the service dept. saying that they did not have the recalled part in stock a dropped the vehicle off just before 9 and at 1:00 I received a call from the service dept. saying that they did not have the recalled part in stock and it would take 3 days to get one in stock. I feel like you should know if you have the part in stock or not when you know what part needs to be replaced before the appointment. I took time out of my day for no reason to drive the vehicle over there and then wasn't told for 4 hours that you didn't actually do any work on the vehicle and couldn't do any work that day. It has now been over a week and I still have not heard anything about the part being in stock. More

Way way better than my last visit, they didn’t wreck my car this time, thank God… New service manager is awesome, way better than the last one they had. Good job on my oil change/checkup, and I love that they wash the car after! We got the coverage that includes payment for oil changes, so it was nice to not pay anything when my car was done! wash the car after!
