Mr. Harris, First let me say congratulations on getting your vehicle repaired. According to our records you had your vehicle towed to our dealership and was advised by our service advisor that he would get back to you with a quote on the engine replacement but it could take several days this was on May 29. Our service advisor called you on June 3 with two engine options, a used rebuilt engine or a new engine. You indicated you would get back with us with your decision. The service advisor followed up with several calls after waiting over a week and not hearing from you. After at least two more weeks your father came in and was advised that there would be a lot storage fee for your vehicle unless you removed the vehicle or authorized repairs. We are here to help but we must get authorization for repairs. You did not make a decision in a timely manner and that is the reason that you vehicle was sitting at our dealership for an extended period.
