Came in for an oil change and wiper blade exchange. Service dept. tried to add on additional services that while probably recommended, were unnecessary for our vehicle considering the low mileage. This would have added on several hundred dollars to a simple oil change. We also realized wipers didn’t even match once we were enroute home. They are functional, but two completely different styles. We drive 2.5 hours to come to Crain as this is where we bought our vehicle and we enjoy NW Arkansas. Crain Hyundai has always treated us like royalty. This time, we were barely acknowledged. We are considering simply having our car serviced locally from now on. More

price of vehicle was agreed on. after review of the contract at home i found it had been changed in order to make the agreed financing work. I bought an azera in 2016 at the B'ville store and they treated me openly and fairly and all math was shown and explained clearly, ie, price, trade, incentives,etc were clear. My fault....i didn't read the contract before signing...I would have noticed the changes i presumed therein. I'm in my 87th year and not too sharp and have no business buying my 44th vehicle at my age. But the Genesis-80 is probably the best car in its class one the road today...and i didn't want to miss out. Hyundai is losing sales by not letting Genesis be sold at stores that have a staff in the customer's interest rather than a "bottom line" to meet at any cost...and that is my take-a-way from your dealership. A costly mistake on my part but i can live with it. The submit statement below confirms my observation! More
