Prior to shopping for vehicles, I had determined what cars I wanted to test drive, which included multiple makes and models. When we finally settled on the Venue as our Hyundai of choice, we still wanted to look at a Honda before pulling the trigger. We let the salesman know, he said he completely understood, and didn’t attempt any high pressure sales techniques, which would have definitely turned us off. By letting us go to a competing lot, it demonstrated that he had confidence in their product and their price. I would highly recommend shopping at Crain Hyundai. My lone complaint is that they did not have recycling bins for the complementary water bottles. More
