As far as the CarFax report is concerned, you were furnished the CarFax report for the vehicle you purchased at the time of sale. You were given and signed the report on 3/20/21, the date of your purchase. If there is any misunderstanding about the report, I am happy to furnish you a copy. If you found a better interest rate than we were able to provide, you always have the option of refinancing your vehicle at the lower rate. Your loan does not have a penalty for early payoff. I may have signed something that said i was shown the carfax because Ginger was trying to rush me through the paperwork, but i didn't see the carfax until they sent it to me the Monday after i bought the car! Everyone knows how you get rushed through your paperwork, when you buy a car, you don't read everything, you don't have time! You depend on whoever's, HELPING you to point THINGS out to you. I still don't have my title! What's going on with it? I drove to Arkansas to buy a car from CRAIN HYUNDAI OF FAYETTEVILLE and this is how i get treated! Why don't you deal with customers after the sale? I called several times and tried to talk to Dylan Way, he refused to return my calls! One lady told me he was at the auction, is that where you buy you're used cars? Is that where you bought my car that was wrecked twice? You should be honest with your customers. I know you want to make a sale but, at the end of the day, i would think you would want to make a customer for life and you're not going to do by it selling people cars that have been wrecked so badly! It says on your website that CRAIN Hyundai HAS OVER 100 YEARS OF TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! If you take care of the rest of your customers, the way you took care of me, you won't be in business VERY long! Why would i call you or email you? What's the point? Your company didn't treat me right the first time i gave you my business!? Here it is Friday April 16th. I haven't received my title yet!! Its due My car tag is due Tuesday April 20th! I haven't received a call back. I've left i don't know how many messages about my title, i called Jodie yesterday, (title research) she never called me back. I finally reached her today, she said their supposed to deliver it on Monday the 29th! Who knows if they will, or not! I don't know what THEIR PROBLEM is but this is totally ridiculous, i don't know how they've stayed in business this long! This is not right, to treat a good customer or, any customer this way. I kept up my part of the deal we made, l gave you my car and $1500 and this is how i was treated! You have caused me so much anguish, i don't understand how you can run a business this way.

I apologize for the wait for the finance department. Concerning the license plate bracket, I do not know why you did not receive a response to your message. I will not make any excuses, the parts department should have returned your call. We make every effort to insure that our vehicles are road ready for purchase. Because we sell most of our vehicles to Arkansas customers, the front end license bracket would not have been part of our pre sale inspection.
