I had dropped off my “Nana Van” for an oil change and ended up needing to swing by earlier than planned because I acc service at Crain Kia of Conway! I had dropped off my “Nana Van” for an oil change and ended up needing to swing by earlier than planned because I accidentally left my grandson’s beach towel inside. I figured I’d just grab the towel and be on my way to drop him at VBS, but the service manager Justin Coultas was so kind and said, “Let’s see where your van is.” To my surprise, it was already done—and being washed! He offered to go ahead and let me take it, even though I was early. I was elated! This small act of flexibility made a big difference, letting me get my grandson to VBS on time without having to ride-share with my husband. They got me in and out in no time, were incredibly accommodating, and not the least bit bothered by my early arrival. It’s rare to find service like this—efficient, thoughtful, and customer-first. Huge thanks to the team for taking care of both me and my Nana Van so well! It’s refreshing to know there’s still a dealership that values your time and treats your car with care. OH and they vacuumed the front of my van!!!!!!! I was NOT expecting that and it really needed it. I was so grateful for the extra touches above and beyond!
