The manager quoted us a price on a more expensive car the first go around, then when he got the correct car the price was still much higher than online. He was unwilling to work with us on price, didn't understand our frustration, and did a poor job explaining everything. Our car sales lady was very kind and she is the only reason we did not totally walk way. They also forgot to put the floor mats in our vehicle and I will have to travel back and get them at my own convenience. More

Good to bad service The last 2 oil changes I was there on a weekday and was there for 3 hours. This time I made an appointment on a Saturday hoping to be out in a timely The last 2 oil changes I was there on a weekday and was there for 3 hours. This time I made an appointment on a Saturday hoping to be out in a timely manner. Well, They got me out in 30 minutes. Which is why the fair rating. If it would of been longer then an hour I would of stuck with my poor rating. So I sign my paper and the lady said have a nice day and here is your paper and head to my vehicle. I am used to it being washed and front seat vacuumed to which neither was done. I look at my tire pressure and that is when I realize they put both tires from the back to the front because I had aired them up a week before. Usually, they "top off" my air in my tires and I can feel they are all the same. When I get home I read the paper to see if there were any yellow or red. Nope all green. Now the last oil change I had they told me I needed the cabin and air filter changed and I told them I would do that. I didn't do that yet and yet there was no note saying it needed to be change which makes me wonder if they ever really look at those things. Your service department has drastically gone down hill! Now I am sort of regretting that I have the service plan for my oil changes. I know when I have no more coupons to use for my oil change I will be finding somewhere else to go. More

They change the oil, all I can say. Get your car on time with your scheduled time. Used to get my car back washed and the service interval reset. Now they just change the oil.
