Paint fixes we were promised were terrible and we were told we would get a tank of gas but received 3/4 because they said they only give preowned cars 10 gallons so we were lied to there. No one called us back when I left messages and no one called in management to apologize or try and make our experience better. We traded in a fully loaded Ram 1500 Crew cab that was sell ready. We weren't offered an oil change, or anything. We still havent gotten sale paperwork or the check we were promised for our trade in. Very unhappy Teddy was great though More

Slowest Service EVER!!! The first time I brought my vehicle in I was told it would be an hour to diagnose the problem. Almost 2 hours later it wasn't finished. I finally had to tell someone I had to leave and go to an appointment in 20 min. After that they decided they needed to order a part. Part was ordered and I never received a call that it was in. When I took it in for repair it took 2 days before it was ready after telling me it would be about an hour again! Neither times did the service dept wash or vacuum my vehicle! Absolute terrible service!!! More
