Deal not fullfilled.. I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorrento. I thought the deal was a good one until I was given only 1 set of keys. It has been 4 weeks and 5 calls and still no keys. I was told that if I wanted another set, I would have to purchased them myself. This is not what I was told when I purchased the car. I do not know the cost of the keys, but I should not have to purchase a second set when I was told that I would get the second set free. More

I could have look ed up that and installed it myself. Outright LIED TO my husband going in dash. More

100000 miles Crain commitment Thought I had power train 100,000 mile warranty. But at 70,000 had a sensor in transmission going out and they will not uphold warranty cause I didn't Thought I had power train 100,000 mile warranty. Doesn't matter anything to get out of the warranty. Pretty ridiculous. What a sorry commitment and only a $600 fix. More

Never buy or service from here Bought brand new car right off of show room floor. We are not happy with the car at all or the service department. The car only has 30,000 miles on it and both wheel bearings sound like they are going out. Took it to have it checked out and they claim the tires are bad which I have rotated every 5,000 miles. I have owned many vehicles in the last 25 years and never once have the tires wore out in 20,000 miles. I would assume there is a problem with something in the front end of the car if the tires aren't bad which I have checked myself and didnt see issues with the tire like they said. More

Duped by the finance team on aftermarket warranty. I was duped into buying expensive aftermarket warranty that the finance team led me to believe would be much cheaper. I asked for but was not given se I was duped into buying expensive aftermarket warranty that the finance team led me to believe would be much cheaper. I asked for but was not given second key fob for my keyless entry car. One week later being charged for bad battery that was in it at the time of purchase. I will be steering family and friends away from this dealership based on my poor experience here. More
