Then after three days of silence, I sent a message to follow up on an ETA and was told the car was sold. A giant waste of my time, a very disappointing outcome to what was building up to a very exciting purchase. If I could pursue legal action, I would, but nothing was signed. Just a "Handshake" agreement. More

Very misleading communication between salesman , we made a 5hour trip from Lale Tahoe just to discover the van we asked if it was available a day before have been sold . My husband and I were in Medford when our truck became disabled; so while it was being repaired at an independent shop, we stopped by Crater Lake Ford-"just to look", since we were out of state. Nic Bell disabled; so while it was being repaired at an independent shop, we stopped by Crater Lake Ford-"just to look", since we were out of state. Nic Bell was aware of our situation (out of state and just looking) but was still so informative and patient. We went back to our hotel and did some research on availability and price in our home town. We realized that he was able to offer us a better deal so went back to Crater Lake Ford later that evening and made the purchase. The next day we went back for instructions on the new truck and headed home. We love it! and have put on close to 1,000miles in a week. Thanks Nic and all the rest of the staff! More
