I still own the car and I’ve put 3 thousand dollars into fixing the immediate issues I found after a week of ownership. I talked to my salesman about the issues and you have said so sad to bad for me. You made no effort to earn my business at all. Not even a free oil change for selling me a car with water literally leaking in the roof onto my seats. It’s cute that they have you copy paste a response to your poor reviews I guess it makes it look like you care?

I left multiple messages over the past two months with people that answered the phones requesting for you to call me. I'm assuming that they never told you? I've opened a case with customer care and she will be handling this situation promptly. She had to tell David to put our parts on *emergency* order... This issue continues to remain unresolved. Crater Lake has not provided any accounting of a partial reimbursement and NO explanation why they are not meeting their full commitment. I have over $800 is unreimbursed expenses.

Share this vehicle with me? You mean an attempt to sell the Renegade even after the most unprofessional and lowest underhanded action you can expect from an auto dealership, aside from straight theft. Your company is the worst I have dealt with in a long time, and this is the best apology you can muster. When tristan reached out t me this morning, attempting to reengage the sales process even after what happened. I couldn't help but feel sorry for him, having to make that call. But I see he must have been trained by you because his apology was nonexistent also. To anyone who reads this review, be warned about this dealership.
