After we got screwed buying it the airbag light came on and radiator fan quit working but that's not covered under the warranty because it's electrical. Trust me don't waste your time here. There's a reason his ford dealer got shut down! More

Beware I was impressed with the number of customers there, considering how they conduct business. Also, watch the rules change regarding warranties. I saw another review that said the manager was cocky. This is an understatement. Very Bad We drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership arriving at 7pm as I had to work till 5. The first person we encountered greated us with "why did you come so late?" We then drove two vehicles and decided on a Ford Focus. The next day my husband contacted them to get the info sent to our bank because we had been pre-approved for a loan. Matt gave him the run around about giving him the info and even texted him saying" if you want to use your own bank then I am not helping anymore and I am done with the sale" as he wanted us to use one of their banks. My husband contacted the manager who started checking on things. He then called my husband back and said their banks couldn't get us the interest rate our bank could. He also said the car we were shown and drove had been sold prior to our arrival on lot and shouldn't have been shown to us, however he would be happy to sell us another car of the same make and model. We decided to take our business elsewhere as we did not have a positive experience at all. Would never recommend this business. Horrible customer service! More
