Several used dealerships had one here and there but Basil had a couple, all in one place, and Joe helped us test drive them all in one morning. He made knowledgeable comments and thoughtful observations about the cars throughout. When I had questions about specs, he was able to find out the answers quickly. He provided a low pressure and positive car shopping and buying experience! After the test drive, he brought the car to the mechanic to have a sensor double checked, and had the detailer give it a refresh for us. We received 2 keys, transparent financing (with a decent rate) and open communication. It was a pleasure working with him and will gladly recommend him to my friends (or return when I need another car).
