very nice I called him ahead after seeing the car on their website as I lived 1 1/2 ours away and he helped me get everything set up for the loan and got the va I called him ahead after seeing the car on their website as I lived 1 1/2 ours away and he helped me get everything set up for the loan and got the van ready so when I got their I just had to make sure it was what I wanted and I could take it home that day. He also made sure that any problems we found was taken care of. Didn't just blow me off as I was gone.Very pleasant person to deal with also. More

I was test driving the one I picked within 10 minutes of being at the dealership and late I found what I wanted online and Al and John made it happen.
