POOR service all around NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO BEGING IN EXPRESSING EVERYTHING THAT HAS GONE WRONG. WE ARE PROMISED "CALL BACKS" AND NEVER GET THEM. WE CALL THEM AND THEY TELL US THEY'LL CALL BACK IN "15 MINUTES" AND NEVER DO. This has been a 3 week process of nothing but very poor customer service on cars we are trying to purchase from them. Great car at a great price. These guy's have some of the best deal's around. I drove 2 hrs from Baldwinsville to buy a 2015 Ford Focus.
