Shifty. Need I say more? Laser etching... This is something they do to reduce their lot insurance overhead, and then force you to pay for an add-on insurance theft policy, no Laser etching... Don't accept this on any condition, or walk away. Promised car replacement items... There was a color match mirror cover missing that they said was already ordered, and we would have within the week. Three months later and have not received part or any response to inquiries on such. Totally screwed up financing... It took almost a month to straighten out that a substantial down payment was never subtracted from the loan amount. Also, interest rate was unsubstantially high. The car has been refinanced for less than half of the purchase contract interest rate. Tried to charge a price other than advertised price on internet. Although the people working to sell the cars are very friendly and extremely helpful, Ryan was actually pretty great, my experience with the rest of the process I found unethical, which Ryan was not involved with anyway. I will point out that the individual that totally screwed up the financing is not listed as an employee to select from for reviewing. More

They stolen my car title I went to crazy cheap cars to trade in my suv. I gave mike the manager my title for my kia. My daughter was right there when I did it. Unprofessional! I had to call multiple times to even reach any one who was willing to offer help. He was rude and hung up on me after wasting my time and lying about their process. I would never recommend coming here. More

John Schurr was our salesman; he was very helpful, friendly and VERY PATIENT. my mom and I are so picky lol. the process was easy and didn't take forever like most dealerships; my mom had her bmw in about 4 business days.
