Great service with no overselling I went in looking at a particular vehicle they had in stock. Drove it and loved it. Unfortunately it needed a little work so I couldn't drive it home I went in looking at a particular vehicle they had in stock. Drove it and loved it. I loved this one even more and was able to take it home the same day. He didn't try to over sell and got me out of there with the car I wanted that day. I'm very pleased with my experience. More

The salesperons will basically tell you whatever you want to hear. I was buying a 2014 Ford Taurus for 19k. They offered my 500 for my Jeep. I said I wanted to pay 260/mo. They agreed to bump the trade to 700. When I met with the business manager, the trade was still at 500 AND there were various fees added, like VIN etching, GAP coverage (which I had them remove). The salespersons had verbally told me that they had made the 260 mark. After all was said and done, I was up to 278/mo. Two lies. Still a decent deal, but a lot of deception. Also, the detailing was sub par, there was all kinds of wax left on my car and streaks of cleaning chemicals. It's a rush job in there... I will not return. More

I even asked them to pull one out again to drive again and they did it with a smile. They call back right away and are taking care of a couple of initial problems which you come to expect when you drive away and find a few. All minor and they're handling promptly. The best part was my car had some chipping paint on a door and I had them paint it. I was skeptical of a perfect match but figured the car was such a good deal that I could live with it if it wasn't perfect. I was pleased to see it was a perfect match. The painter really did a top shelf job. I'd buy there again. They're thousands of dollars cheaper than most other places for comparable and I'm enjoying my new ride. More
