Minivan Purchase We were in the market for a used minivan and found one we were interested in on Crazy Cheap Cars.com. We visited the lot on a Saturday and met with Alan. Right off the bat Alan was very friendly and willing to help us with our search for the perfect van for our growing family. We left there with a very good idea of what we wanted, but could not buy that day. Alan stayed in contact with us throughout the week informing us that the van we had expressed interest in had actually been sold but he had another one that he thought we should take a look at. We drove back out to the dealership on Thursday evening and loved the Van, but we were unable to make a deal. The payments and interest rate we were given were not in the range of where we felt comfortable. So again we left the dealership and drove back to Hamlin trying to figure out what we were going to do. Bottom line we could not afford the payment we were given. Friday Morning we received a phone call from Alan telling us that they wanted to make a deal and they would do what it took to get our payments to where they needed to be. Needless to say we were very pleased with this and put a deposit down right then to keep "Our" van! With only 28 days until we became a family of 5 we were relieved to finally have found comfortable transportation for all of us! We came in Saturday morning and Alan greeted us again with a smile and we immediately got paperwork done and transferred plates and personal items from our old car to our "New" to us minivan! The whole process took maybe and hour and a half. It was a very good experience (all except for having to drive back and forth between Oakfield and Hamlin 3 times to make the deal) being able to laugh and crack jokes with Alan made the experience that much more enjoyable! Thank You Alan for all your help and for making this expectant mom happy! More
