I recently purchased a van from Nicholas with my granddaughters help to find a Van within my price range. We searched through the internet and one company kept popping up on autotrader.com. We reviewed the website and their wide selection of vans that i had been searching for. I'm Not too computer literate so i was pleased to be able to navigate the website as easily as i did. When i called the dealership Nicholas one of the sales managers was the one to answer the phone with a wonderful greeting. He talked with me about financing and the vans i was interested in and when i would be available to stop in for some test drives so he could make sure the cars were warm and up front for when i came, due to the cold weather. When I arrived to the dealer i was greeted on the lot by Nicholas I saw the two vans i requested to test drive were in front thawed and ready to test drive. He sat me down with a salesman Brian to gather some of my information before the test drive. Within a few hours Nicholas had me on my way with my new van. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past with many other car dealers, high pressure sales, etc.... But when I walked in the door at crazy cheap cars in Oakfield I was very relaxed and everyone was re other car dealers, high pressure sales, etc.... But when I walked in the door at crazy cheap cars in Oakfield I was very relaxed and everyone was really nice and didn't pressure me into anything. I enjoyed the Christian music/country. I was very happy with their professionalism. We really liked the car and will do business with them again in the future, they even got me a better interest rate than my own bank. From the minute I walked into crazycheap I was greeted not only by a very professional salesperson, but he made me feel like I was very informed about the cars I was interested in. He was NOT pushy but ve not only by a very professional salesperson, but he made me feel like I was very informed about the cars I was interested in. He was NOT pushy but very helpful and willing to get us the car we wanted even though it was 3 degrees outside. After selecting the car I wanted, I mentioned a couple concerns I had noticed about the car, they wrote everything down and took it right in the shop immediately and took care of those concerns. They also were able to get me my car on the road on a Saturday with all paperwork in tact. I drove out with my car for the price and the payments I needed, very excited and a very satisfied repeat customer. I feel that everyone should do as Crazy cheap says-" I'll se you right here!" and well they should for price, service and a great car buying experience! I am happy, happy, happy!!!! More
