Their prices are much lower than the high end dealers. The only real negative is to be sure to look over your paperwork very carefully when closing. They try to slip unneeded services on the contract. I originally bought a 2009 Acura but after driving this car for a couple weeks I realized this wasn't the car for my family and I.. I ended up calling the dealership back and they happily accepted the challenge of finding me the right car/ suv this time that would better suit me. The customer service was excellent. They got me in quick and went the extra length to try 3 different banks to get me my best rate! I am unhappy with the price of my new vehicle only because I am paying for a suv that is worth only 16,000 and am paying 20,000 give or take sue to the fact that I got the acura and then traded it before 30 days. They explained that its due to equity and other things I didn't quit understand. But the guys went above and beyond to answer all my questions that I had..I would deff recommend going here. This is where I also got my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer years back and loved it! Thanks again guys! More
