We had a great experience. Delroy and others were very down to earth and not high pressure. Finance dept was thorough and very friendly. Promised style pack, was not delivered style pack. I admit, I rushed the process a bit, however the salesperson informed me that my 2016 Veloster had the style pack on it. Once I did some more research I admit, I rushed the process a bit, however the salesperson informed me that my 2016 Veloster had the style pack on it. Once I did some more research on the car, I found that it did not. I haven't been able to get in contact with the dealer since. I overpaid for this car by probably $4000, and I should have been more aware. I hope the dealer can work with me on my new findings. More

TERRIBLE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE!!!! This is absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever been to!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! TERRIBLE ALL AROUND!! I have never ever bee This is absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever been to!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE PEOPLE!! TERRIBLE ALL AROUND!! I have never ever been treated with such disrespect in my entire life. I have been thinking of trading in my Sonata for a newer model and decided to stop by at this dealership since we've been getting letters from Crenshaw. When my father and I arrived, we asked for Chris since we have been receiving letters that were signed by him only to find out that Chris pays for companies to send out these letters (I get it, it's a marketing tool). Immediately we felt like Chris didn't give us the attention and wasn't interested in us. Anyway, Chris left and another really nice fellow stayed with us, brought a couple cars for us to see until we decided on a car. We went back inside and the nice fellow started to take our information, fill out some paper work, and started the negotiations. He gave us a number for my car that both my father and I felt was fair and immediately agreed on it. We didn't even go back and forth because it was a really fait price. The nice guy took the numbers to Chris. We waited, and waited, and waited and finally Chris gives us an offer for my car that was MUCH LOWER than the Kelly blue book AND didn't even give us a deal to even be encouraged about for the new car! So we asked the nice guy if we could directly talk to Chris so he wouldn't have to keep going back and forth and be the middle man. Chris, AGAIN, made us wait and wait and wait until finally he popped his head and said he will be right with us in 15 mins. That's when I said very politely that we were really pressed for time at this point (it was around 1:00 and we've been there since 10:30). Chris finally shows up and we began to talk about prices. He immediately asked what can he do to get our business. We were honest with him and said that we didn't think he gave us a fair deal to begin with. We were discouraged from the numbers especially since the price Chris quoted for my car was much lower than the blue book! Chris was absolutely stubborn and wasn't going to AT LEAST give us the blue book price. It was such a turn off!! He had a terrible attitude and terrible salesmanship. When my father finally threw out a number to see if we could move the conversation forward, Chris got so angry and threw us out the office!! HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He caused a scene in front of other customers, told us to leave, and the other owner in the dealership was JUST AS RUDE!!! I will never, ever, EVER, set foot in that dealership again. We were there to buy a car and they obviously had no interest in selling to us!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! Never buy a car here! I would rather crawl to work on coals on fire than buy a Hyundai from Crenshaw. More
