I choose a different car that was not on their lot but he went through the trouble to locate the one I wanted and had it brought to the dealership. It was the exact car that I wanted. The paper work was done in a timely fashion, the car was clean and a full gas tank I was ready to go. More

Are all Hyundai dealers so bad??? I took my Hyundai Elantra to this dealer for a recall, inspection, and oil change. Initially they tried to soak me for $200 for oil, filter, and whee I took my Hyundai Elantra to this dealer for a recall, inspection, and oil change. Initially they tried to soak me for $200 for oil, filter, and wheel service. Despite telling them that the filters and tires were new, they "mistakenly" did the work, realized their error, and re-installed my original filters from the trash. They told me they gave me a free alignment in conjunction with trying to coax my email address out of me for a dealership survey which they wanted me to give them 5 STARS. Well, they neglected to give me my state inspection results, did not mention a service recommendation, and totally screwed up my alignment, tire pressure, and god knows what else. My wife, who was looking to replace her 10-year old clean and near perfect low-mileage Camry with a new Sonata, is now looking at another Camry. After my brother recently purchased a Genesis in Charlotte, it seems that most Hyundai dealers are universally HORRIBLE! More
