I would just say that Crenshaw Hyundai is the best car dealer i have EVER dealt with. You can be assured that NO ONE will ever tell you a direct lie about the products or services at the dealership. Even though I am a lady they never once acted like they didn't want to talk to me. Very friendly and helpful with all my many big and little question was not pushy. Tony Posey was very friendly and informitive. He went over every aspect of the Hyundai. He was very patient, as sometimes I ask who ever I'm talking to, to repeat something as it takes a while for it to over every aspect of the Hyundai. The staff here at Crenshaw was very friendly and helpful, I first met Tony about a month before our purchase when I had visited the dealership to find out more about the Elantra, as it was at the top of our I first met Tony about a month before our purchase when I had visited the dealership to find out more about the Elantra, as it was at the top of our short list of selecting our first ever new car. I let Tony know that I was interested in the Elantra but not quite ready to buy, he took his time and we went over the car for about an hour as he showed me all the features and options avalible. I left the dealer that day expecting that I would be getting a lot of pressure to come back and buy a car,quite the opposite, Tony checked with me a few times over the next few weeks and really just wanted to know if I had any questions he could answer. Once we decided that the Elantra coupe was the right fit for us and choosing th se trim and tech package I searched all the local dealers inventory and Creenshaw was the only dealer within a hundred miles that had one. I stopped into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to see the car that we had only seen pictures of until now, I had arrived only to find out that the car had been sold a couple days earlier and that there were no other coupes on the lot. Tony was willing to call a customer and ask them if they would bring their car back to the dealership just so I could see it, he then found out that they did have another exact car on display at a local shopping center and quickly grabbed a dealer plate and took me there to pick the car,up and let me drive it back to the dealer, I knew during that short drive that this was our next car. Once back to the dealer Tony had another customer that he had set up an appointment with and introduced me to Jeff who would help me out while he was busy. Jeff and I went out for a longer test drive together and I decided then that we could start the paperwork. Jeff then introduced me to Chris who would be helping with the financing and the three of us finalized a deal at about 5:30, I still had to return home to pick up the title for our trade in so we could finish the deal and the dealer closes at 6:00 on Saturday,all involved were happy to stay as I told them it would take about 30 minutes for me to run home and back, they let me take my new car and everyone waited for me, when we returned we met Susan who had all the paperwork ready and explained the warrantys in detail. I think it was after 7:00 when we finished all the paperwork and everyone was still there, Tony had taken the car and filled the gas tank for us and insisted that we bring the car back on a nice day the following week so he could have it detailed and he could spend some time with us going through the owners manual. I am fifty years old and I can honestly say this was the best car buying experiance I have ever had, I highly recommend Crenshaw Hyundai for your next car purchase. More

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Sonata on 2/2011 and had an AWESOME experience. Damond our salesman did not pressure us. He just said come get him when we were ready, so we did. My Sonata was getting to small for us, because we have two growing boys, so since we were in the market of getting a new vehicle we went back to Crenshaw Hyundai. On 4/20/2013 we went to Hyundai and dealt with Damond and like last time he and all the staff were wonderful and friendly. We were interested in the 2013 Santa Fe 7 passanger. We test drove a 2013 Santa Fe Limited, because that's all they had on the lot. I didn't need all the fancy gadgets. They searched the web to find what I wanted and found one in Georgia. They went out of their way to find it and also went and picked it up. We had a AWESOME experience again and will return when we need another vehicle. The staff are friendly and kind. I wouldn't go any where else. More

I was greeted by Jeff instantly and my great experience started from there. He was very attentive to what i was looking for and went out of his away to make sure i was truely satisfied before i left. He explained in great detail as to why i should not purchase the vehicle i had intended on purchasing, and steered me towards the 2013 hyundai elantra which i greatly love. Jeff was very friendly, outgoing, and patient with me. He even programmed some of the features on my vehicle for me before i left. I will definitely recommend crenshaw hyundai to all my family and friends. More
