We dropped our Escalade off at the end of March for an issue with the adaptive cruise control. They initially had issues getting in touch with our warranty company but we were able to get that resolved an issue with the adaptive cruise control. Fast forward to now and they STILL have our vehicle and now claim that when the tech brought it in to work on the adaptive cruise that a camera failed and the car was having issues with the anti-theft that would require additional parts. As of two weeks ago, they supposedly had those additional parts and just needed to wait for a bay to free up to get it in. It also now needs and inspection and I asked them to check out our front tires since they have a slow leak. As of today, the car remains untouched after over two months of sitting and I am now told that the tech assigned to our car is working on removing an engine from another vehicle and they were unable to give any sort of ETA for when we can expect our car to be ready. At this point our vehicle is effectively being held hostage with parts in hand and no resolution in sight. We have spent nearly $2k on rental fees at this point since they outright refuse to provide any sort of loaner (wonderful "Cadillac" experience by the way). It is to the point that my wife and I are looking to purchase a new vehicle this weekend as we can't keep going forward without a car and paying the high fees for a rental. Crest quite literally could NOT care less when I explained the situation. I was met with silence and asked if I had anymore questions for them. I tried giving them a second chance given a poor experience the last time we took it to them for service, but this seems as if they are intentionally not working on the car out of spite from the past review. I can't wait to be done with Cadillac completely, abysmal service. More

While I initially wanted a brand-new Escalade, I missed out on the specific model I was eyeing because I waited too long—my own fault! However, the team at Crest Cadillac was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of acquiring a used one instead. They were transparent throughout, making the whole experience quick and efficient. A huge shoutout to Shah and Joe in the sales department—they were fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring I got the right vehicle. Their professionalism and friendly approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kudos to Crest Cadillac for their excellent service and for always going above and beyond. I leased an EV from Crest Cadillac in Syracuse, and unfortunately, the process was tainted by dishonesty from the salesperson I worked with. I was given assurances that turned out to be completely false—either from lack of knowledge or, worse, a deliberate lie to push the sale. This included critical information that directly influenced my decision to lease the vehicle. When I followed up after discovering the truth, the dealership was dismissive and made no meaningful effort to make things right. Leasing a vehicle is a major decision, and I expected transparency and integrity. Sadly, that was not my experience at Crest Cadillac. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get everything in writing and double-check all claims independently. I regret trusting their word. More

I Just picked up a 2018 Cadillac CT6 from Crest Cadillac, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our initial interaction with Crest Cadillac began with us bringing it in for an issue with our A/C not working, a vibration between 35-55mph, and shuttering in the transmission in 1st gear and while reversin bringing it in for an issue with our A/C not working, a vibration between 35-55mph, and shuttering in the transmission in 1st gear and while reversing. They took a couple of weeks to complete the work which involved replacing the A/C condenser, a bad wheel bearing, transmission and transfer case service, and a full set of new tires. When we picked it up everything was great, transmission was smooth, no more vibration, and the A/C was working great. Unfortunately, the A/C only lasted about 48 hours before blowing warm air once again. We called them first thing Monday morning and they apologized and said to bring it in and they will have it looked at the next day since it was just in there for this issue. This was the first lie of many. We contacted them on Tuesday to check-in and spoke with another service manager who informed us that they can’t “just put us ahead of other customers and will need to wait, but we will try to squeeze it in this week”. Yet another lie. End of the week comes and we are told they are swamped and can’t get it in just yet, maybe next week. At this point we ask if there is a loaner available and was told they are all out, but we are first on the list when one comes in. Yet another lie. As of the date of writing this (just shy of SIX weeks now) they supposedly still haven’t had a single loaner come back in. We continued to follow every 2-3 days to see if any progress was being made and now over 5 weeks of sitting there it was finally being looked at. Mind you, had they been upfront initially that they truly couldn’t get us right in like we were told then we would have just kept using it until they could get us in. Once they finally looked at it they determined it was an issue with the A/C lines now, but failed to elaborate as to what specifically was wrong. We inquired as to how that missed the first time it was serviced by them and they had no idea. Personally, I have an inkling that they screwed up something on the initial repair and are trying to cover it up. We were then told it would be ready by the end of the week at the latest as they just needed to replace the A/C lines and nothing more. Yet another lie. We reached out Thursday of that week to find out it “might” be ready Friday. You guessed it, another lie. We are now into the week of Thanksgiving and are now having to shell out money for a rental vehicle to travel to visit family as ours has been tied up at the shop for nearly six weeks at this point. I am appalled at the consistent lying that is being done. As of today (11/25) we are now being told it “might” be ready by this Wednesday since the tech that was assigned to our vehicle supposedly quit. I am not sure how or why that is made to be our problem, but here we are. To say I am disappointed and appalled would be a gross understatement. These people treat you like a second-class citizen that is bothering them with business. It is almost like they are actively trying NOT to get business. At this point, I just want my car back and feel as though it is being held hostage and we just keep being strung along with a series of lies and deceit. Had them been honest with our initial interaction and said that they can’t get us in, then we would have happily waited until they could fit us in since this was an A/C issue and the vehicle was usable otherwise. In summary, I would actively avoid this dealership simply based on the constant stream of lies and poor treatment of their customers. Looks like our next Cadillac will be purchased from Davidson in Rome since these guys can’t be bothered to actually care for their customers. More
