Made it easy to get the car I wanted with the options I desired at the price i wanted to be at. Everyone was super friendly and didn't make me feel rushed even though I came in late to do the paperwork and desired at the price i wanted to be at. Showed up for a 10:00 am appt. today to have our Escalade ESV serviced. Upon arrival I was told that I was not in their system and no loaner cars were available. This was an appt. made less than a week ag ESV serviced. Upon arrival I was told that I was not in their system and no loaner cars were available. This was an appt. made less than a week ago and confirmed by Crest yesterday. Drove 40 minutes to get to their dealership. Even though they are the closet Cadillac dealer to my home I will never use or recommend them. They basically threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do. I will be using Sewell to complete the work they were supposed to do. More

The Service Dept. and it's employees have always provided me with prompt, quality service. They bend over backwards to insure that I'm satisfied with the sevice and have, without hesitation, accept provided me with prompt, quality service.
