Was happy with the repair of my car but not happy with the service we received from the service man "Paul". Called several times to talk to Paul and he never called back after 2 days. An urgent email was the service we received from the service man "Paul". Called several times to talk to Paul and he never called back after 2 days. An urgent email was sent to him to call my husband, he never called. I had to call and talk to someone else to find out the status of my car. When asking Paul why he would not return our call he told my husband he was just busy. After 2 days of calling I think somewhere in there he should have made time to call. That's his job! More
I found the vehicle online and made the purchase from out of state this was a new process for me. David the sales rep was very nice and responsive. Since they had just received this vehicle, the pictures of of state this was a new process for me. David the sales rep was very nice and responsive. Since they had just received this vehicle, the pictures of the vehicle were missing on their website, he sent me a few pictures. There were couple of minor issues which he told me they will repair before the vehicle is delivered. For the most part they did correct the issues such as detailing the vehicle (below average), repairing a tear in the door (great job) but the rims on the vehicle instead of grinding and repairing they just painted. We noticed this when we were picking up the vehicle and were told that is all they do but if I am unhappy with the result they will try again and I had to leave the vehicle there for the afternoon. I was short on time so I decided to not get it done from them. In my opinion the finance, title and transfer was the biggest challenge. Although the finance per I dealt with was nice and on top of his game; I am not sure if they have the correct system and process in place to carry out the out of state transactions. Getting the documents signed was a challenge and they had to send multiple packages. Then again there was something missing and they had to resend. Even then they had email me some additional documents that they missed and I had to sign, scan and email back. But most frustrating part came when I received no copies of any documents. I requested those multiple times and still never came. I finally went back to them when I was in Dallas to pickup (50 plus days later) and to ask them the status of my license plate that's when I was told that their vendor dealerdoc who processes these documents requires additional documents. According to dealerdoc they only communicate to their customers and not with the buyer so they send the document request to dealer within 5 days of the deal. Now I am dealing with additional issues since dealerdoc needs original of some of the documents means I have overnight it to them which brings up additional unnecessary cost and frustration. Keep in mind it has been almost 55 days since I have purchased the vehicle but the plates and title transfer still pending. More
Wow Wow Wow. Spent well over fifty thousand dollars on a CPO car . They missed lots of things. Left it over night to be cleaned. And they scratched it. Still waiting to get it repaired. Thought the CUE was CPO car . They missed lots of things. Left it over night to be cleaned. And they scratched it. Still waiting to get it repaired. Thought the CUE was out took it to another Dealer. He says yep needs to be replaced. Wow Wow Wow. Like the car not totally satisfied with the Dealer. More
My first service experience did NOT go well. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me I would have to wait a couple of days to schedule the appointment so they could have a loaner car available. So I drove all the way into the dealership for my scheduled appointment, they told me it would take a bit to get my loaner car. After about 20 they told me there were 3 other people before me still waiting for a car, so it would be a long time. I told them I couldn’t wait any longer and I needed to get my car back. I had appointments I had to make. THE LOANER CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 2 days!!! So I had to drive back in again!! I asked a couple of people to take my husbands name and phone number off the the account because i will be the one driving the car and taking care of it and it did not happen. They still sent the service review to my husbands cell phone. I looked to see if there was another dealer I could take my car to, but it was all the way down in Dallas. I hope the service gets better. More

Better deal for who?Although I’d like to give a lengthy Better deal for who? Although I’d like to give a lengthy review of my experience at Crest Cadillac, I’ll keep it short and simple. On 8/31/20, I wa Better deal for who? Although I’d like to give a lengthy review of my experience at Crest Cadillac, I’ll keep it short and simple. On 8/31/20, I was looking at a new 2020 Escalade, MSRP $82500, with 2 miles on it and an online ad for $66897. Sales guy said it’s sold and brings back a demo, MSRP of $84220 with 6952 miles and the online ad is for $68483. We agree on the selling price of $65000 and my trade in for $65200. Let them run my credit for the finance and the apr is approved for 2.9% for 72 months but they have raised the selling price to $75000, an increase of $10000. And although they increased my trade for $69000, I was still out over $6000. They said “it’s a better deal if the transaction is done this way." Financing the mark up is a better deal for who? Playing the dealer game for 4 hours is one thing but upon agreeing to a price and reneging AFTER running someone's credit was a total waste of time. Picked one up from another dealer 3 hours away as they honored their selling price and trade-in allowance over the phone. Shame on you Crest Cadillac Sales Department! More
